Our Shipping Policies:
- All orders placed on waxposter.com include free ground shipping within the United States!
- For orders outside of the United States, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Please note that your country may collect customs duties, taxes and/or fees upon delivery. WAX Poster is not responsible for these fees, should they be collected.
- All items are in stock and most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours during normal business hours. Please allow for extra time during weekends and holidays.
- A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
Easy Return Policy:
All consumer orders placed on waxposter.com have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you receive an item you are not completely pleased with, you may return it prepaid to us within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs.
WAX Poster will not accept posters that have any signs of handling, and/or damage. Posters must be in pristine/unopened condition for a refund.
No returns will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
