Our Shipping Policies:
- All orders placed on waxposter.com include free ground shipping within the United States!
- For orders outside of the United States, please contact orders@waxposter.com for a shipping quote.

International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
If customs duties are refused or unpaid these will be deducted from any future refund if applicable. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If a poster / order is returned due to uncollected duties, WAX Poster is not responsible for undelivered products and cannot refund your order.

If you have any questions related to customs charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
- All items are in stock and most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please allow for extra time during weekends and holidays. Due to Covid, many shipping lead times have been extended. Please be patient and monitor your tracking number provided.
- A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
Easy Return Policy:
All consumer orders placed on waxposter.com are eligible for return. Posters must be unused with fully intact packaging. Once we receive your return back to our warehouse we will assess the product and then refund it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please email us with a request for return shipping label at orders@waxposter.com.
Please note: WAX Poster will not accept posters that have any signs of handling, and/or damage. Posters must be in pristine/unopened condition for a refund.
No returns will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
